We also lead investor fundraising processes for the full or partial sale of assets and implement ecosystem strategies to identify target companies for acquisitions.
In addition, we assist in the implementation of corporate governance for companies preparing to access the capital markets, including the formation of boards, development of strategic planning, budgeting processes, and the creation of routines for monitoring KPIs and OKRs.
Extensive experience as a corporate leader in the telecommunications, education, retail, and investment fund sectors, having held positions in management, vice presidency, and business leadership. Some of the companies where he has worked include: Telefônica-Vivo, Laureate International Universities, Casa & Vídeo, Somos Educação, and Sforza Holding - Private Equity Fund.
He holds a degree in engineering from the Federal University of Ceará and a master's in business administration from Brigham Young University (BYU), Marriott School of Business. He was awarded the Full Scholarship by Cardon International Scholarship (CIS) for merit. In 2013, he received the Lowell Benson Award from BYU's Global Management Center for his contributions to the university in various projects.
He worked in the U.S. and Brazil as a financial leader at the investment bank Goldman Sachs. He held the CFO position in several operations of Laureate International Universities, including FMU and Anhembi Morumbi, two of the group's largest operations. He also served as CFO at Athena, an investment of the Pátria Fund.
